27 year old male was bothered by the appearance of his chest and gynecomastia since puberty. He underwent excision of gynecomastia through mini incision approach with Hockey Stick lipo-contouring of lower chest area. Photos are shown 3 months after, shape improvement is apparent as well as shrinkage of the areolae.
