23 year old with pubertal gynecomastia. Patient underwent mini-excision gynecomastia and power-assisted lipo-contouring of lower chest. 6 month after results are shown with contour improvement, mild areolar reduction in size diameter (without full incision), and puncture incisions still in fading process from scar maturation.
