This is a 37 year old extremely fit male that is bothered by a “puffy nipple” (right more than left) that he noticed after doing some steroids in his 20s. I minimal incision approach was performed to remove the “glandular” gynecomastia and “hockey stick” lower pole chest contouring was performed. 5 month after photos are shown with shape improvement.
