33 year old man that was bothered by pubertal gynecomastia since age 12. He was really bothered by the fact that his nipples/areolae showed through his clothes, even more so when it was warm. He underwent excision of gynecomastia with chest wall lipo-contouring of the lower chest. Photos are shown 3 months after with significant improvement and an elated patient.
