Patient Details:
28 year old male of Indian descent with gynecomastia since puberty. This was very bothersome to him and he was very worried about scarring and a traditional crescentic approach (larger incisions). He underwent a minimal incision approach with chest was lipo-contouring and “pull-through” excision technique to remove the glandular gynecomastia. 3 month after results are shown with contour and shape improvement and minimal scarring.
