This patient lost 100+ lbs and desired a flatter, more athletic appearance. He underwent a Sport Chest Lift (mini incision) to remove excess loose skin, with a free nipple graft to the pectoralis edge. Patient feels confident wearing tight shirts and is happy with his appearance. Two-month post-op results are shown here.
