Patient in her mid 50s that really didn’t like the central neck laxity (sometimes referred to as turkey gobbler deformity)… she wanted easiest and most direct way to manage… she underwent TZ plasty which involves removing the loose skin of the central neck, thinning the soft tissue/fatty tissue and tightening the central muscle in an in office 1 hour procedure… several month after photos are shown with nice contour improvement and inconspicuous incisions.
