This is a 56 year old patient bothered by her jowling and cheek laxity and neck laxity. She has done fillers/injectables and nonsurgical energy devices and wanted more improvement. She did not want to undergo general anesthesia. She underwent in-office face/necklift with po valium only. Her 6 week results are shown.
