This is a 57 year old female patient who was unhappy with the appearance of her jowls and neck after having undergone a previous “isolated neck lift” elsewhere 12 years prior. She underwent a short-scar office based facelift with a revision neck lift and platysmaplasty (re-tightening of neck muscles) under local anesthesia with valium. 4 month after photos are shown.
