47 year old male who had worn 22-25 mm gauges for some time and wanted to have the “holes” removed and a normal earlobe shape again. He underwent a remove of the old stretch “tracts” (i.e. holes) from the gauge earrings with an earlobe reduction and lift at the same time. 4 month after pictures are shown with a return to normal size and shape of his earlobes.
