This is a 34 year old male that worn 0.5 inch gauges starting in his early 20s. He wanted his ears “back to normal” and wanted a normal appearance to his earlobes. He underwent gauge earlobe reconstruction in the office under local anesthesia in an easy 30-40 minute procedure with minimal pain and minimal downtime. 3 month after photos are shown. The pink incision lines will continue to fade and be difficult to see. Notice the shape improvement of the earlobes.
