This is a 48 year old patient that has recurrent “droopiness” of the earlobes from aging and wearing heavy earrings. She underwent an earlobe “repair” 20 years ago and presented to me with a recurrent “stretched tract” or “hole” from daily earrings and recurrent “droopiness” worse on the right side than the left as shown. The old “tracts” were removed and an earlobe “lift” was also performed. 3 month after photos are shown with improvement in the curve and shape of the earlobe, bringing the size and shape of the earlobe back into balance with the rest of the ear.
