This is a 72-year-old female who was bothered mostly by the loose crepe skin about the eyes and wants to have improvement around the eyes. She did not want an “overdone” appearance as she has seen when sometimes “too much skin” is taken out. 3 month results are shown that demonstrate a brighter, more youthful look to her eyes, but still very natural. The “bags” in the lower eyelids are much improved as well. She was also very specific she did not want a change in the shape of her eyes.
