This is a 62 year old patient that loves the sun and always spent time outside. She was bothered by her “lower lid bags” and fullness. She underwent a lower lid transconjunctival blepharoplasty which involves removing the lower lid fat pockets from a small incision “inside the eyelids”. In addition she underwent a small “pinch” blepharoplasty which involves a small removal of loose skin with a well-placed incision just below the lower lashes. Early after improvement with the resolution of her bags is shown.
