A 19-year-old male patient with peripubertal glandular gynecomastia with some lipodystrophy as well. He underwent excision of glandular gynecomastia with a mini-incision approach and power-assisted lipo-contouring of the lower pole of the chest.

3 ½ months after photos are shown with shape improvement, flattening of the chest, shrinkage of the areolar diameter without full incisions around the areola.
