This 24 year old desired breast enhancement with mild breast asymmetry. She underwent a sub pectoral (under the muscle) breast augmentation using a mini incision under the fold of the breast and placement of smooth round silicone gel breast implants. 275cc smooth round moderate plus profile Mentor silicone gel implant on the left. 300 cc smooth round moderate plus profile Mentor silicone gel implant on the right. The results are 4 months post op.
