This is a 26 year old male bothered since puberty by his “puffy nipples.” His before and after photos are shown 10 weeks later (2 ½ months) for the afters. He underwent chest wall lipoplasty with pull through excision of fibrous gynecomastia using minimal incisions. The areolar diameters are noticeably smaller after the procedure using the minimal incision approach.
