This 5’1″, 176 pound, 21 year old patient underwent a vertical reduction mammoplasty (breast reduction) using a medial pedicle and a mini “T” inframammary incision to decrease the size of her breasts and alleviate her symptoms of discomfort from the large breasts. She was a 38 DDD cup breast size before surgery and wanted to remain a single D cup after surgery. Visually, her breasts size is in aesthetic balance with her torso and she has the “uplifted” upper pole fullness that she desires.
