Dual Plane Sub-pectoral Breast Augmentation

This patient in her early 20s was unhappy with the size of her breasts as well as the projection of her nipples (a condition known as “inverted nipple”). The patient chose a moderate sized implant which Dr. Boynton placed under the pectoral muscle through a small incision hidden in the inframammory crease. Dr. Boynton was also able to give this patient the nipple projection she lacked.
