This 38-year-old female with “stretched tracts” to her earlobes which means the hole had vertically elongated and stretched lower to the bottom of the earlobe. This makes the earrings hang lower and eventually if this is not fixed it oftentimes “tears” and becomes a “torn earlobe.” This patient underwent repair of her earlobe in the office. After results are shown and also after re-piercing.
