This is a young 17 year old female who had been bothered by large breasts since the 9thgrade. She was wearing a 34-36/DD/DDD bra. She had difficulty exercising even in two tight fitting sports bras and her back pain had been getting worse.

She underwent a medial pedicle breast reduction and lift that reduced her bra size by about 3 sizes. Her symptoms abated after the procedure and she was able to exercise easier and find clothes and swimsuits she liked. The early after photos are shown.
