This is a 58 year old female desiring breast reduction. She has large breast as well as significant asymmetry. She also had a history of scoliosis and back problems and wore a 36 DD bra before surgery. Her early after photos are shown and she is now approximately lifted, smaller, and more symmetrical in terms of shape and a full C cup with improvement in her back symptoms.
