58 year old female that wanted a “mommy makeover” after changes to the breast and tummy after pregnancy. She underwent dual-plane subpectoral breast augmentation with smooth round silicone gel breast implants, lipo-sculpting of the axillae (armpit and side of breast) and flanks (hips) as well as abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) as an outpatient surgery. 3 month after photos are shown.
