30 year old athletic Indian male that is bothered by post-pubertal gynecomastia. Patient underwent minimal incision approach pull-through excision of gynecomastia with chest wall sculpting. The patient was fearful of scarring and did not want a large open “crescent style” incision. 4 month after photos are shown.
