Case-7515
This is a 35 year old patient that had previously undergone breast augmentation elsewhere. She presented to my office with a severe asymmetry of breasts, a tight capsular contraction of the left breast implant with a “high riding” left implant, as well as a “bottomed” out right implant. In addition she had a “near symmastia” from overdissection of the right breast pocket. She underwent breast revision with removal of old breast implants, a full capsulectomy and placement of ADM (acellular dermal matrix) Strattice to prevent recurrent contracture on the left and support the inframammary fold on the right (under crease of the breast). In addition a “higher profile” smooth round silicone gel breast implant was selected with a more narrow base width to create better intermammary spacing (space between the breasts). Early 6 week after results are shown with a soft appearance, better breast symmetry, and position of the implants.
