This is a 37 year old patient that was bother by breast volume deflation after changes from pregnancy. She wanted to be more full but still natural. She underwent a dual-plane subpectoral breast augmentation with a 375 cc HP (high profile) silicone gel breast implant using a minimal incision approach. 3 month after photos are shown.
