This is a 47 year-old mother that has some postpartum changes to her breasts (and loss of upper pole fullness) after having kids. She wanted some added “perkiness” to the breast (upper pole) but wanted to be very natural appearing and absolutely did not want a breast lift. She also had mild breast asymmetry. She underwent a dual-plane subpectoral breast augmentation with smooth round silicone gel breast implants. She had a 375cc smooth round moderate plus profile silicone gel breast implant on the left and a 325cc smooth round moderate plus profile breast implant on the right. 6 week after photos are shown with good position of the implant, a natural appearance, and restoration of the upper pole fullness that she desired.
