19 year old Middle Eastern female that desired breast enhancement. She wanted subtle improvement that was natural and fit her slender and narrow frame. She underwent subpectoral breast augmentation with cohesive silicone gel Allergan Natrelle SRM 210 implants through a minimal inframammary (crease under the breast) incision.
