Case-7371
This is a 33 year old female who lost 10-15 lbs and lost some breast volume. She desired breast enhancement with natural results. She had some breast tissue laxity but did not want a breast lift. She had grade I ptosis ( degree of breast laxity ) before surgery. She underwent a dual-plane subpectoral breast augmentation which added volume in a natural way as well as “internally” providing some degree of lift to the breast and some nipple elevation with the dual-plane technique. A 310 SSM Natrelle Inspira Soft Touch cohesive silicone gel breast implants was used. I believe the added cohesivity of the implant further heightens this results compared to previous silicone gel implants. This is also a good example of the dual-plane technique and its ability to provide some degree of lift with early breast ptosis in patients that are either not ready for or those who would like to avoid the further incision lines with a breast lift. 3 month after results are shown.
