This is a 45 year old female that was bothered by her “double chin” and fullness under her neck. She wanted to have maximal improvement in the least invasive way. She underwent lipo-contouring of the under chin area (submental region) and neck in the office utilizing a tumescent liposuction technique in an easy 45 minute office-based procedure. 3 month after photos are shown.
