Case-7355
This is a 58 year-old patient with residual and bothersome changes to the abdomen after 3 children. She was bothered by the loose, “hanging” abdominal skin that severely affected her self esteem, types of clothes she could wear, as well as her ability to fully participate in various types of exercise. She underwent a full abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with rectus muscle plication (tightening) utilizing a low-lying incision (at the top of the pubic hairline) and lipo-contouring of the hips and flanks at the same time. She has an improved appearance to her belly button that was also part of the tummy tuck procedure. Please not the improved shape and shadowing of the belly button. 4 month after results are shown with low-lying abdominoplasty incision (and incision around belly button) and lipo-contouring of hips.
