This is a 44 year old patient who had a history of breast augmentation and breast augmentation revisions starting in 22 years ago done elsewhere. She had previous implants saline implants placed below the muscle with a full periareolar incision (incision around the areola). She wanted to change the implants to silicone gel and wanted to be a bit larger since having children. She also wanted to improve the changes to her abdomen she developed after pregnancy with some laxity of skin and fat in her tummy area and hips/flanks as well. She underwent a “mommy makeover” consisting of removal of old saline breast implants (400 cc size). A minor breast pocket revision was performed with exchange for 535cc Mentor XTRA HP smooth round silicone gel breast implants. This was done in conjunction with a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) and lipo-contouring to the hips and flank and inner and outer thighs. Her 3 month after results are shown with improvement to the breast, abdomen, hips and thighs.
