23 year old male that had been bothered by the appearance of his chest since 13 years old. Despite different levels of fitness and weights, nothing ever helped it. He underwent mini-incision approach to excision of glandular gynecomastia with chest wall lipo-contouring along the inframammary crease (crease under breast). Early 2 month after results are shown with significant improvement to shape of chest. Small wrinkles in nipples will continue to improve over time as they also shrink in diameter as already shown from early results.
