This is a 49 year old female who underwent laparoscopic gastric sleeve resection 11 years prior and lost 120-130 lbs. She initially underwent abdominoplasty and breast augmentation as well as arm lift. Subsequently, shown here, she underwent vertical medial thigh lift and lateral thigh lift for laxity of the inner thighs and outer “saddle bag” area. 4 month after results are shown of the inner and outer thigh lift with significant shape improvement to the inner thigh, frontal thigh and lateral thigh. She is now able to more comfortably wear shorts and above the knee outfits that she did not feel comfortable wearing before.
