This is a 32 year old patients with loss of volume and mild sagginess to the breasts after childbirth and having kids/breast feeding. She desired breast augmentation with a natural appearance. She underwent dual plane subpectoral breast augmentation with smooth round silicone gel breast implants (Allergan 310 MP SRM Natrelle implants). 1 year after results are shown.
