26 year old male that developed fullness around the nipple in high school and was always bothered by the “puffy” appearance of the nipple especially when it’s warmer temperatures and in various tighter shirts. He underwent an office-based procedure with local tumescent anesthesia and a po valium to remove the glandular tissue and refine some of the fatty tissue along the inframammary crease. 1 year after photos are shown with nice improvement.
