This is 46 year old female that was bothered by her neck, jawline, jowls and fullness under her neck… she underwent a suture suspension neck lift in the office with only valium and local anesthesia…. She was very comfortable at all times and the procedure takes about an hour. The procedure consists of neck lipo-contouring along the jawline, lower jowl and neck area…in addition a specialized suture is added to the platysma muscle and threaded back to the mastoid area (strong bone behind the ear) and the suture is anchored to this area and this sharpens the angle of the neck and provides lift with still very minimal incisions. Before and afters are shown with 5 week follow up, incisions are imperceptible and she has neck and jawline improvement as shown.
