This is a 27 yo patient that has been bothered by gynecomastia since 13 years old at puberty.  He has fullness on his chest and “puffy nipples” that are also widely dilated and hang over a bit.

He underwent excision of gynecomastia with small inferior crescent and “hockey-stick” lipo-contouring of the lower chest.  His early results at 3 months are shown with improvement in chest flatness, areolar skin shrinkage and even elevation of the nipple complex back up onto the pectoralis muscle edge (without full peri-areolar incisions (incisions all the way around the areola).
