Young male in his 20s that had some weight loss, but was always bothered by chest fullness and puffy nipple. He underwent gynecomastia surgery with excision of glandular tissue and lower chest wall lipo-contouring. Photos shown at 2 months with contour improvement to his chest, flattening of the areolae as well as some reduction in areolar diameter with minimal incisions.
