17 year old male pubertal gynecomastia. Warmer temperatures made it worse and he hated his appearance in golf shirts and tight shirts and taking his shirt off at the beach. He underwent a minimal incision excision of gynecomastia tissue and hockey-stick lipo-contouring of the lower chest crease. 4 month after photos are shown with substantial shape improvement of the chest, shrinkage of the areolar dimeter and minimal visible scars.
