46 year-old patient with history of multiple breast augmentations and previous treatment for capsular contracture presented with recurrent capsular contracture and superior malposition (implant is tight, hard, and much higher than the other side) of the breast implant. She underwent removal of old breast implants (not ruptured) with capsulectomy (removal of the scar tissue inside that surrounds the implant) and placement of Strattice acellular dermal matrix (ADM). 3 month after photos are shown with improvement in the shape, softness, symmetry, and balance to the breasts.
