Patient Details:
36 year old female that had previously undergone a subpectoral breast augmentation through the nipple (periareolar incision) with a Binelli lift (periaerolar lift) done by another surgeon. She came to see me with a “high riding” implant, very firm and tight on the right side with a severe capsular contraction. She underwent a removal of both implants through a crease incision (under the breast), a full capsulectomy (removal of the “scar tissue” capsule around the old implants), a replacement of new silicone gel breast implants with the use of Strattice ADM (acellular dermal matrix) to prevent recurrent capsular contraction, and support the lower pole of the breast. 3 months after photos are shown with a natural and soft appearance.
