24-year-old with bilateral inverted nipples (you can see “fissures” diagonally in the nipples and not much projection). She underwent a simple office-based (local anesthesia) procedure that involved the correction of the inverted nipples without any removable stitches. “After” photos shown here are 2 months post-procedure.
