This is a 39-year-old African American female who has severe bilateral inverted nipples that has always bothered her and wanted this improved. She did breastfeed her first baby but developed mastitis and stopped after that. She did not breastfeed the second child. She was not interested in breast augmentation or changing the size of her breasts. She underwent a simple office-based (local anesthesia) procedure that involved correction of the inverted nipples without any removable stitches. 2 month after photos are shown.
