This 30-year-old female was a size DD and was unhappy with her cup size. She underwent a breast reduction with a medial pedicle technique which is a short IMF incision (260/275 gm reduction left and right). These 10 week after photos are shown with improved nipple position and now is a size C. It is also important to note that this is a very typical appearance for breast reduction or lift “scars” at 2-3 months and that the “pink” scars will fade in time but to completely fade takes 12-14 months.
