This 45 year old patient had previous breast augmentation with 397 silicone gel Allergan implants. She was bothered by her shape and size. She felt too big, with the nipples more down pointing and did not like the shape at the top of her breast. She underwent a removal and replacement of implants… I removed the intact 397 silicone gel implants and replaced them with Smooth round silicone gel Mentor XTRA 325cc implants and performed a breast lift. 3 month after photos are shown with good shape improvement and size to breast. Pink incision line will continue to fade.
