This is a 23 year old with a 38 “I” size bra. Her breasts limited her ability to participate in exercise and made her very uncomfortable. She underwent a breast reduction with a breast lift as outpatient procedure. Post op photos taken at 3 months with shape improvement and uplift. She decreased 5-6 cup sizes.
