This is a 41 year old mother with severe droopiness to the breast after changes from pregnancy. She was unhappy with pendulous, droopy breasts and wanted to be a little bit smaller as well. This patient mostly wanted to have more “uplifted” appearance of breasts and improved shape. She had always thought a breast lift would “make her flat” and had been told by other physicians that she “had” to have breast implants to have a “good” shape. I performed a volume-preserving medial pedicle breast lift with small breast reduction using only her natural tissues. No breast implant was used. 5 month after photos are shown with good shape improvement and lift. The scars are still in process of fading which take 12 months to completely fade.
