This is a 24 year old African American patient with a very petite frame (5 ft 0 in and 90 lbs) who wanted some natural added breast fullness that fit her frame. She underwent dual-plane subpectoral breast augmentation with 175 SRM smooth round Natrelle Inspira cohesive silicone gel breast implants. Preoperative biodimensional planning and measurements helped determine her size that fits her frame well. 3 month after photos are shown.
