This is a 31 year old female with post-partum changes to her breasts and soft-tissue laxity. She underwent subpectoral breast augmentation with a smooth-round silicone gel breast implant (high profile 250 left and 275 right). Two year follow-up is shown with excellent maintenance of the position of the implant without any malposition (implant falling down or drifting to the side) as well as natural appearance.
